Vasubandhu. - Die Datierungsansätze variieren: Frauwallner setzt zwei verschiedene Vasubandhus an, der ältere soll zwischen 320 und 380 n. Chr. gelebt haben, der jüngere Vasubandhu zwischen 400 und 480. Seine Theorie fand aber keine einhellige Zustimmung.
