Biodata

Ludwig, Alfred (*9. Okt. 1832 in Wien, †12. Juni 1912 in Prag). Österreichischer Indologe und Sprachwissenschaftler. Seit 1860 außerordentlicher Professor der Klassischen Philologie und Vergleichenden Sprachenkunde in Prag. Seit 1870 Ordinarius für die genannten Fächer an der deutschen Universität in Prag.
